Payment

You can pay via a secure server by Visa and Mastercard. During the transaction all information is encrypted and unauthorized persons can not read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.

Or via Mobilepay: 55131

At some events you can pay cash or via Mobilepay in the door.

Melting Monday can be paid through a 5-time voucher.

Complaints

Please deliver the feedback directly to your bodyworker or therapist – preferably during your treatment, where we have time to do something about it. If this is not possible, please do not hesitate to contact us per mail tantra@tantrazone.dk and we will get back to you.

We furthermore refer to our Code of Conduct.

Cancellation

For cancellations 48 hours before your appointment, you will receive a full refund – for subsequent cancellation the full amount is charged.

Cancellation can be made via SMS, calls or mail or directly in our booking system Bookeo.

Reimbursement

Reimbursement of cancellation of the appointment is by bank transfer, and we therefore need your bank registration number and account number. This information is not sensitive and can easily be transmitted via email or SMS.

• Choose your package and pay

Book via an electronic voucher (5-time voucher package):

• Sign in
• Click on “New Booking”
• Select the event and date
• Click on the “Book Now” – follow the instructions.

See what is remaining on your electronic voucher (5-time voucher package):

• Sign in
• Click on “Your prepaid credits”

Buy an electronic voucher (5-time voucher package) via bank transfer:

• Create a profile
• Transfer amounts to Møns Bank: Reg 6140 Account 0004276745
• Write “Klippekort” in the comments field of your online banking
• Send us an email (tantra@tantrazone.dk) that you have transferred the amount and what rocks the card is valid
• We add manually a voucher to your profile when we received your payment

• Pay 600 kr to our treasurer
• We add an electronic vouchers manually to your profile

Convert a physical 5-time voucher to an electronic 5-time voucher package:

• Create a profile
• Upon arrival, inform please the master box that you want to convert your vouchers
• We manually add an electronic voucher to your profile in exchange for your physical vouchers
